This position would include, but would not be limited to overseeing the entire banquet function of the hotel. This will also include training, scheduling and forecasting. Must have previous experience in a five star hotel. Previous hotel experience in Food and Beverage. Must be able to commuicate in an efficient and professional manner to all guests. Must be creative, energetic and a team player.
Qualifications
3 years Food and Beverage experience in a five star hotel.
Previous Banqueting experience.
Must be fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
