We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Baker to join our Pastry Kitchen Team.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing a consistent, high quality product and ensuring a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service for our guests.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and previous experience as a Baker, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment
To demonstrate a creative flair
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
The ability to work professionally and efficiently under pressure
The ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
A comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
