In this role you will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Hyatt Regency Coolum, you will enjoy working within our large food and beverage operation which includes Eliza's, Bruschetta Bar & Restaurant, Noodles, Spikes and Room Service. We also have an extensive banquet/function department which caters for up to 1200 delegates at a time!
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant/bar or function center
Good cocktail knowledge, wine knowledge, and coffee making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
