You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Handle guest requests and maintain an up to date guest preferences database. Assists the Duty Managers to extend personalised customer service in accordance with established Hyatt International Brand Standards and Grand Hyatt Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations/Front Office/Customer Service. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in Putonghua and English is essential.
