The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest including serving water, bread, clearing and resetting tables. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.
Qualifications
· Must have excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Ability to lift and push up to 15 pounds.
· Food Handlers Card required.
· Previous fine dining experience preferred.
