We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our pastry department. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented chef, ready to take the next step to join our busy pastry department, to create memorable & extraordinary dining experiences. You must have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a superior environment with the best ingredients. The role includes production, preparation, storage and presentation responsibilities, as well as ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved at all times Previous experience working in pastry is essential. You must be comfortable working on your own and as part of a team. The ideal candidates will have a high quality background and be able to demonstrate a positive and dedicated attitude
