Goal of the Alto Manager: Responsible for the managing the daily opportunities required by strong leadership, and manage the day-to-day operation of the full-service fine dining restaurant Alto ristorante e bar, including financial metrics, hiring, coaching, scheduling and training of staff. This position is also ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided.

Qualifications

Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
Candidates should possess proven leadership skills
Knowledge of wine a plus
Candidates should be skilled at planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the employees and resources or the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared and profitable service of food and beverages
Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
Fining dining experience a plus
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service

Pay Basis: Yearly US Dollar (USD)
