Hyatt Gold Passport Coordinator - Partnership 50% Partner 25% GP Coordinator Functions 25% GP Administrative Functions
Provide Worldwide Reservation Center support for Hyatt Gold Passport Partner Programs. Assists with front line inquiries and escalations relating to Hyatt Card, airline, car rental and International Gold Passport service components. Responsible for ensuring all inquiries that come in via email for airline and Hyatt card are processed timely and accurately. Ensures all guest interactions relating to partner programs are meeting compliance standards. Is a cross-functional Gold Passport Coordinator for global promotions and goal attainment.
Qualifications
Provide Specialist support with Hyatt GP Partners including Hyatt card, airlines, car rental agencies, international gp specialists and diner's club. Monitors WWRC guest interactions including calls and emails to ensure compliance & overall goals are achieved. Participates in conference calls for both Partner Programs and International Initiatives Generates on-going performance reports and provides analysis based on current trending. Creates and monitors associate based GP incentives and tracks effectiveness for results. Monitors interface files and related suspend records and troubleshoots root cause for record fallout. Monitors Medallia guest survey reports and alerts relating to GP member interactions with and partner program interactions. Provides administrative functional support for non-confidential information. Assists with the Gold Passport general specialist responsibilities and supports Voice Operations with escalations. Works directly in GP Tools, Kana and Salesforce
