Assists in managing single, full-service food and beverage outlet on a daily basis and coordinates special events. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling and training of staff.
Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines. Has completed the Food Handler Training as required by CA food Handler Law (SB 602) and able to present an original copy of his/her food handler certificate.
