Baristas independently ensure that the retail outlet and inventory are neatly organized and attractively displayed, as well as prepare beverages to order. This position is responsible for making product recommendations and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash for novelty items. Baristas are the final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
* Refined verbal communication skills.
* TABC certification is required.
* The schedule consists of both PM and Overnight shifts. The schedule expectations include a minimum of two Overnight shifts per week.
* Rate of pay: $9.00 hour + .50 Night Differential for Overnight shifts.
