The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist in overseeing the Guest Service Center. This person will ensure that the service standards are met in all telephone interactions. This person will also be responsible for maintaining Hyatt reservations systems and ensuring that the proper report and preparation is done prior to guest arrival.
Qualifications
High comfort level dealing with computers and knowledge of Internet protocols. Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills. Previews Hyatt experience preferred.
